The Megaformer is a specialized fitness machine that effectively combines strength training, cardio, and core work into one killer workout. With its adjustable spring resistance and moving carriage, the Megaformer challenges your muscles in ways you never thought possible. It's all about slow, controlled movements that target multiple muscle groups at once, giving you a total-body burn like no other.

You're about to embark on your first Lagree class with us – we’re excited to meet you! Please arrive 15 minutes early to get the lay of the land. This will give you time to meet with your instructor and get acquainted with the machine.
First timers not checked in 5 minutes before start time will not be able to take class. Your safety is our top priority and we require all new guests receive an overview of the machine and method.
If you know you’re going to be late or miss the class, please give us a call. We will work with you to find another time for your intro class!

Ready to conquer that Megaformer? Here's what to bring to class:
Grip socks: They're like your secret weapon for staying steady and strong on the machine. If you don't have a pair, no sweat! We sell them at the studio.
Water bottle: Hydration is key, so don't forget to bring your water bottle. We have water stations in the studio for you to fill up.
Comfy workout gear: Think flexible and breathable, something that lets you move freely.
Towel: For when you work up a sweat.
-
For optimal results, we suggest aiming for 3 classes per week. This frequency strikes a balance between challenging your body and allowing for proper recovery. However, it's important to listen to your body and adjust based on your individual fitness level and recovery needs. Consistency is key, so find a schedule that works for you and stick to it. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique!
-
The minimum age to take class is 16 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the studio to sign a waiver before taking their first class.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! If Lagree was already part of your regular routine before becoming pregnant, you can typically continue attending classes with your doctor's approval and as long as you feel comfortable. However, it's essential to have a conversation with your healthcare provider beforehand. If you're new to Lagree, we don't recommend starting it for the first time during pregnancy. Introducing a new workout regimen, particularly one as core-intensive as Lagree, isn't typically advised by medical professionals during pregnancy.
-
Absolutely! We always prioritize your safety and well-being. If you're recovering from an injury, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider first. Once you've been given the green light to exercise, our instructors can provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate your specific needs during class. Just let us know about your injury before the session begins, and we'll work together to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.
-
We've got you covered with changing facilities right here in the studio. Whether you need to freshen up before class or unwind afterward, our changing area is equipped with everything you need to prep and decompress.
-
Just bring yourself, a swimsuit, and some water to stay hydrated—we’ve got the towels covered! Swimsuits are required at all times in the sauna, and we’ll provide towels to keep things clean and comfortable.
Scheduling
-
All classes are available to book online up to 14 days in advance. We do recommend booking in advance to secure a spot in your preferred class!
-
If your desired class is fully booked, just hop onto the waitlist through our booking system. If a spot frees up, the first person on the waitlist snags it automatically, and voila! You'll receive a confirmation email or notification if you’ve been booked into the class.
-
If you're new to KARVE, we ask that you book your first class in advance. This helps us ensure your first experience at the studio goes as smoothly as possible! If you've been to the studio before, feel free to drop in. While we encourage booking in advance to secure your spot, we understand that sometimes plans change or you might decide on a whim to join us. Just keep in mind that class availability for walk-ins is subject to capacity, so it's always a good idea to check our schedule or give us a call ahead of time.
Membership
-
We understand that circumstances change, so if you need to cancel your membership, please send an email to info@karve.fitness. We require notice of cancellation a minimum of two weeks before the start of your next billing cycle.
-
Upon request, we’re happy to place your membership on hold. Members are allowed up to two holds per year, with each hold lasting a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of four weeks at a time.
Policies
-
Running late? While we strive to accommodate everyone, for the safety and respect of all participants, we are unable to admit latecomers once the class has started. We recommend aiming to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
-
We totally understand life happens, and plans can change in the blink of an eye. So, if something comes up and you can't make it to class, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance. This gives us a chance to open up your spot for someone else itching to karve it out with us.
If you cancel within 12 hours before class start time, that will be considered a late cancellation. That credit will come off of your package and you will be charged a $10 fee.
If you're a no-show without giving us a heads-up, that credit will come off of your package and you will be charged a $30 fee.
Our goal is not to charge you these fees, rather encourage attendance or early cancellation so others can join us in class. We truly appreciate your understanding!
-
At KARVE, the safety of our members and instructors is our top priority. We may cancel classes if conditions are unsafe, such as during inclement weather. Additionally, if there are fewer than three people booked for a class two hours before its scheduled start time, we may also choose to cancel. We will notify members of any cancellations via email as early as possible.

Grip socks are required in all classes - they’ll help keep you steady and safe throughout your workout! If you don't have a pair, no worries! We sell them at the studio. Just remember, for everyone's comfort and safety, regular socks or going barefoot aren't allowed during class.
